For My Angel

What wondrous joy and happiness have come into my life,

That blessed day five years ago that you became my wife

A vision of pure loveliness in gown of flowing white,

I felt my body tremble with the beauty of the sight.

The Lord had sent an Angel to stand with me, by my side,

And with the words,"I Do", she had agreed to be my bride.

The years pass by so quickly, and although so much has changed,

My love for you, Natusha, is the one thing that remained.

Each day I thank the Lord above for sending you to me,

And, I thank you, for making me the best that I can be.

For loving me for who I am, and all my faults forgiving,

For sharing dreams and hopes, you make our lives as one worth living.

So as we move together to the next part of our life,

My heart still swells with pride to say that you are still my wife.
